The Trail Banquet and Event Facility

Are Banquet Halls too large for your next intimate affair? Do you want a scenic, intimate facility that provides lots of entertainment option? Then we are the location for your next party of special event. There is a 3 hour minimum for all Main Hall and Outdoor Rentals.

Indoor

Meeting Room – Perfect for small group classes, meetings, seminars and promotional sales events: Includes white board, Wi-Fi, smart TV for presentations. Maximum size for up to 18

Main Hall – Our Main Hall is carpeted and has outside doors that flow onto and outside over-sized wrap-around deck. The deck area is included with the Main Hall and adds an additional 2000’ of covered deck area for a variety of uses. The 46’ x 16’ Main Hall is very versatile. The area has speakers for background music.

Maximum size for covered deck seating (outdoor) seating is 120

Outdoor

Outdoor Cabana Area – Our outdoor Cabana area is approximately 2,500 square feet of beach sand, palm trees, 2 fire pits, 600 square foot dance area, covered outside bar (non-stocked ) and 2 waterfalls. This space has unlimited uses for large groups. Perfect for gatherings that want the atmosphere and lots of options for use. We will provide the fire wood for the fire pits for a small up charge. However, the smores and hot chocolate ingredients are up to you. Maximum size for 200+.

What we provide ala carte to enhance your event
The Trail Event and Banquet facility is adjoined to an operational public golf course and family golf center. All the services that they provide are available for use. The following are the items and prices.
 Putt-Putt – 18 hole synthetic surface that looks and feels like real grass. The Champions Trail putt-putt is available at 50% of the standard charge with most rentals. Rentals that meet the minimum of $300 ($300 minimum does not include the $250 cleaning/damage deposit) will receive FREE Putt-Putt on the same day and time as the event for all guests.
 Golf Services available include:
• 9 hole golf course (riding golf carts or walking – play 9 or 18 holes) 50% discount with most rentals (Based on availability), discount available with all rentals – Minimum amount required
• Tournament Operations – discount available with all rentals
o Nite Glow® Golf tournaments
o Standard 2 – 4 person scramble tournaments
o Fun or competitive formats available
• Driving Range – 50% discount available with all rentals
• Golf Instruction from Certified PGA Instructors led by one of the PGA leading teaching professionals Ernie Boshers, PGA – special discounts are available depending on the size of the group.

Let our professional golf staff assist you with including a “Golf Event” as part of your next special occasion. Group golf lessons for up to 75 students are available or include a 1 hour entertainment clinic for your guests’ enjoyment.

Rates

Our packaged items are set for the most common and frequently requested items to make it easier for you to choose and reduce your cost. However, many events are unique and require that special item or items that are not part of the package… Please do not hesitate to ask for any items of service. If we do not offer that item or service, we may know who does and if it is a success… we may just add it to our list of available item or service for future customers.

Rental Rate is a 3 hour minimum
(Additional blocks of hourly increments may be added at an additional charge – no discounts are given for less than 3 hour rentals)

Day Rate Rentals Monday – Thursday (Non-holidays) ——— $50 per Hour

Weekend and Holiday Rate Rentals – Friday – Sunday and holidays ——— $100 per Hour

$250 is required as a Cleaning/Damage  Deposit

To Reserve your date and time – you will need to sign the “Rental Contract” and pay the required Rental and Cleaning/Damage Deposit. Cleaning/Damage Deposit is returned back to your credit card within 3 business days after the event.
